Who Actually Killed Who In Scream?

When it comes to imaginative kills, death by cat flap is certainly right up there.

There was, of course, a little more to it than just that, but the demise of Rose McGowan's Tatum Riley is one of the more memorable ones of the entire Scream franchise.

After being confronted in Stu's garage by Ghostface, Tatum's only route of escape is to somehow try and get through the garage door's cat flap. Managing to get halfway through the cat flap, Tatum then has the electric garage door lifted on her - in turn crushing her neck and killing her.

It's not made abundantly clear who killed Tatum, but Billy Loomis seems to be the most logical answer to that conundrum. Stu is a pretty permanent presence at his house party, and disappearing to kill his own girlfriend would be a bit heavy even for a deranged killer.

As such, it seems as if Billy was the person responsible for Tatum's creative death - with Loomis then turning up at Stu's party and seemingly giving a knowing nod to Stu about what he's just done.
