Who Actually Killed Who In Scream?

1. Stu Macher And Billy Loomis

With the cat well and truly out of the bag as Scream's final act concludes, there's zero guesswork needed where it pertains to who was responsible for killing Stu Macher and Billy Loomis.

After Billy's initial 'death' was revealed to have all been a façade, Billy would finally get to meet his maker for real by the time Scream came to an end. But before Billy made his big exit, his best pal Stu was the first of these two deranged killers to die.

Stu went out in style, having a TV dropped directly onto his head. That was courtesy of Sidney, and it was Sid who would also incapacitate Billy. A tussle with Sidney left Billy seemingly dead as a dodo - only for uber-geek Randy to warn how killers aren't always as dead as they may seem.

With that, Billy jumps up for one last scare... but is greeted by a bullet in the forehead from Gale Weathers.

Having caused so much bloodshed and torment throughout Scream, Stu and Billy fell afoul of Sidney and Gale, respectively, when it came to crunch time.

Then again, who knows if we somehow see one of these Ghostface killers back in action in Scream 5. After all, Matthew Lillard has admitted that his Stu Macher was originally meant to return in Scream 3 before last-minute plans changed that.
