This one's a bit of a doozy, seeing as how Chris Evans isn't expected to continue as Captain America after Avengers 4, but there's still a story in there about a man from Brooklyn and a boy from Queens.
The two showed an instant connection in Civil War, despite only meeting for one interaction, and there's clearly a story that could be told with both of them taking a leading role. In the event that Rogers was to live on past the next Avengers, it wouldn't be entirely out of the realm of possibility that Marvel continues with his Secret Avengers team, enlisting Spider-Man as a part-time member for when the going gets tough.
Failing that, there's also the matter of Bucky Barnes. Although the character could be gearing up for a team-up movie with Anthony Mackie's Falcon, there's still a chance that he could be taking on the Captain America identity too.
He, like Steve, is also a New Yorker through and through. The connection is there to be made, and with an espionage focus not all that dissimilar to Black Widow's, the premise for a globe-trotting story is all but in place.
