The Dark Knight is absolutely stacked with memorable set-pieces, from the opening heist sequence, to the Batpod chase, the dock dilemma, and of course, the extended finale against The Joker and Two-Face.

Wonder Woman touts several highly entertaining sequences too, namely the opening Amazons vs. Germans battle, and the outstanding No Man's Land fight scene, though it isn't quite as successful with its more generic and familiar, CGI-laced final battle against Ares, and overall there's way too much slow-mo in the mix.

Winner: Christopher Nolan's focus on practical stunts and a more restrained stylistic approach wins out here. Patty Jenkins could do with toning things down a little for Wonder Woman 2.
