8. Will The X-Force Or X-Factor Be Involved?

MarvelX-Force, a militant group of mutants far tougher than your bog-standard X-Men, were formed out of the ashes of the New Mutants by mutant-cyborg hybrid Cable. The initial line-up included Warpath, whos already made an onscreen appearance in DoFP, Cannonball, Boom Boom, Shatterstar, Feral and Domino. Their main motto places them in dangerous situations to actively save humans from threats from mutant terrorists. So, theyre the good guys. Their rendezvous with Apocalypse came in the spin-off comic series which followed X-Force; The Uncanny X-Force. In the first issue, the team battle saunter off to capture and kill a child; a kid which is actually Apocalypse in disguise. Their paths continue to cross over into the Age Of Apocalypse mythos, eventually seeking out the help of the X-Men when they get trapped in the AoA timeline. This all points to the strong possibility of this black-ops mutant squad making an appearance. The X-Factor were a re-packaged version of the original X-Men. Cash cow? Perhaps. Their spin-off series was the warm, cosy environment that the character of Apocalypse needed to make his comic debut. Although, considering the existence of the X-Factor hinges on MANY complicated plot threads being untangled, not to mention the fact that all the characters already exist as X-Men in the films, theyre probably not going to be mentioned. Which leads us to the next question....
