18. How Can You Scream With No Lungs?

After Mystique is killed, Vuk and the D'Bari head to Red Hook to interview her father to try and find out where Jean has gone. He reacts to their CIA disguises (who even knows where they got the credentials from, it's never explored), by saying he would like a lawyer present, which inevitably triggers Vuk who says "it would have been a lot easier to interrogate you if you weren't screaming."

Nice line that, but then she collapses his chest with her magical chest-caving powers, which probably defeats the object of interrogating him since it would clearly kill him. And yet, even with his lungs completely caved in, he's able to scream. Because f*ck anatomical science as well as physics, right?

17. Genosha Is... Well, Rubbish Really

When we meet Magneto once more, he's living in peace with his mutant buddies in his hippy commune on an island. This is clearly the film version of Genosha, where Magneto and the Acolytes lives in the comics and talked about how superior they were to humans. It was a mutant paradise.

In the films, they basically live on a small holding made of rusty storage containers. Paradise, this very much is not.
