4. The Missing X-Men

When the future Sentinels are taking down the future X-Men in the hard-hitting final sequence for their timeline, which racks up a high kill count very quickly, they show off the powers of X-Men they have presumably encountered and killed. Not only do we see Sunspot's powers used against Bobby Drake, we also see his ice powers adapted, the diamond skin of Emma Frost, the claws of Lady Death Strike and what appears to be a reference to Darwin's ability to change his skin to stone to protect himself as shown in First Class (which makes precious little sense, since he's long gone, but as a fan nod it's still welcome.) And though it's good to spot the indirect references, that doesn't hide from the fact that Rogue is still the biggest missing element.
