X-Men Days Of Future Past: 9 Villains We'd Love To See

4. MODOK

How cool would it be for Dinklage to play fan-favourite living brain MODOK? The name is an acronym for "Mental/Mobile/Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing", a human-computer hybrid that began life as a scientist tasked with working on the Cosmic Cube. However, he grew beyond the control of his creators and set out on a quest for world domination, his enormous, computer-like level of intelligence outmatching just about anyone on the planet. Oh, and what's more, he can focus this brain power into a beam of energy that can cause catastrophic damage. Though a much-loved aspect of comic book lore, and there's no doubt Dinklage would knock the role out of the park, there's a thorny business issue, and that's the fact MODOK is primarily associated with Iron Man and Captain America, which are of course part of Marvel's Cinematic Universe with Disney, while X-Men resides at Fox. Sure, the studios could work something out, but I wouldn't count on it, awesome as this would be.
