25. Nina's Powers

When Nina is introduced, it's clear that she has inherited her father's X-gene, and it manifests itself as a telepathic link to animals and birds. We see her talking with "her friends" outside of the Lehnsherr's Polish house.

It would seem Nina has the same powers as mutant Lin Li or Mirage (soon to be seen in the New Mutants movie, if rumours are to be believed). In the comics, her mirror (Anya) has no visible powers.

Nina later uses her powers to attack the police who come for her father, recreating a moment from classic horror Birdemic. (It's not a classic, please don't watch it).
