X-Men: Apocalypse - Every Character Ranked From Worst To Best

Putting aside the ridiculousness of Jennifer Lawrence getting her way and not having to be in full blue make-up mode for many scenes (including one that creates a massive plot hole when she changes to "normal" despite Stryker's power dampening measures), this might be the best Mystique has been in acting terms.

She might have been an interesting character in Days Of Future Past, but for some reason Jennifer Lawrence never really clicked for me and Raven ranks as one of her least accomplished performances.

In Apocalypse she blossoms into the leader role (which will leave some fanboys ruining their keyboards no doubt), and while Lawrence has still been a lot better, she's improved. And the whole arc of seeing her go from vigilante mutant rescuer (a film I would watch, incidentally) to leader of the gang is a lot like Wolverine's (more successful) arc in X-Men and X2.
