10 Actors Who Should Be In The Witcher TV Series

Casting Ciri is another tough one, because we don't know whether the series will show Geralt training extremely young Ciri, or follow the trail blazed by Witcher 3 and make her an adult. Most likely the former, given the author's involvement, but you never know. While it may seem redundant to cast an actress like Chloe Grace-Moretz as another violent young apprentice to a seasoned killer, she is undeniably perfect for the role.

But Ciri is not Hit-Girl. Ciri is a princess thrust into a world of Witchers, making her role as Geralt's trainee (as well as the first female Witcher) an instant contradiction. To make this character work, we need to cast a young actress who can go toe to toe with an older and more seasoned Geralt. Ciri's rapport with Geralt is one thing this show cannot afford to mishandle, and with an actress like Chloe Grace-Moretz in this role, there's no way they could lose.
