10 Animal Crossing: New Horizons Updates We NEED To See

6. Choosing Number Of Items To Buy

Animal Crossing The Roost
Nintendo

This one is rather self-explanatory. You can buy things in Animal Crossing: New Horizons from multiple places such as Nook's Cranny and the Able Sisters. The bad thing, however, is you can only buy the likes of flowers in singles or in bundles of 5. The round number is appreciated though; I'm surprised they weren't different and made it 7 at a time.

This becomes an issue when you're trying to cover a large area in whatever item. When you buy a bulk of 5, you have to sit through a short bit of dialog and do it over and over again. Typically in games players are given a box where they can enter or select the number of each item they want. Why Nintendo opted to not do this and instead chose their own way of doing it is unknown, but it doesn't feel right.

With any luck there'll be a change made in order to make it easier to buy items. If not, players have to continue with the currently frustrating system that just takes up more time than necessary.
