Of course you have the Nuka-Killer who committed at least three confirmed murders before the nuclear events that put the series in motion, called so because of his interest in placing Nuka-Cola bottlecaps over the eye sockets of his victims. Then there's the Disciples from the Nuka-World DLC which is a whole group of serial killers living together. One must question how they didn't just kill each other?
