Lost and Damned was pretty good, but the DLC afterwards, Ballad of Gay Tony, was even better. Taking control of Luis Lopez, the bodyguard for club owner "Gay" Tony Prince; you look to solve the financial problems Tony is suffering with.

Along with new missions, came added weapons, vehicles, multiplayer game modes and the ability to enter nightclubs which possessed multiple minigames for dancing and drinking.

The DLC worked to inject more glitz and glamour into the grittier, dull-looking world of GTA IV, almost sprinkling a bit of the atmosphere that Vice City had.
