10 Biggest Lies Gamers Tell Themselves

4. I'm Having Fun

NEWS-Bayonetta2yeaornayThere comes a point in certain games where it isn't fun anymore. It's the time where you get angry at the game. You're only continuing to play because you want to finish whatever part is giving you grief. The more you fail at it, the angrier you get, and thus the more determined you are to finish it. Like Bayonetta... You want those pure platinum statues, for every single chapter. You can't have anything less, but you know one single death will ruin any chance at that Bayonetta statue. You know just a single death in normal difficulty could doom you to an Enzo! So every time you die, you restart the chapter, because NOBODY actually wants to get an Enzo statue. Need I explain how frustrating this can be? We've all been there with one game or another. It's not fun anymore. It's frustrating, and for some reason we can't allow ourselves to give up.
