3. Wailing Dark - Asura's Wrath
Asura's wrath is on another level of over the top action with outlandish, enormous bosses, insane combat scenarios and gorgeous visual blend of science fiction and Asian mythology.
During the game, you actually fight your former mentor and the God of greed, Augus. Asura and Augus take their epic battle to the surface of the moon so that nobody can interfere and it is here that your old friend draws his sword, Wailing Dark.
The battle is a lengthy one, pushing you to your limit and seeing the God of greed exert his full force in order to defeat Asura. Having Asura on the ropes, Augus forces Asura back to the planet Gaia, impaling him with the sword with such force that it penetrates the world's surface.
Augus then plummets to toward Asura, forcing the sword through the entire planet, so far that you see it emerge out of the other side.
Despite being literally swekered through an entire world, Asura destroys the absurd blade with sheer rage and you go on to defeat the owner of by far one of gamings most extreme weapons.
