10 Bizarre Methods To Heal Yourself In Video Games

3. Yoghurt - Brave Fencer Musashi

For the most part, the healing system in Brave Fencer Musashi is the type of thing you'll have seen a million times before in a million games. It's generally food based, with certain foods being more useful than others, and doing different things depending on what you've got.

However, Brave Fencer Musashi goes a little further than usual, by having you be able to "enhance" certain foodstuffs in completely accurate - but completely wild - ways.

The best example of this comes from Yoghurt. If you have milk in your inventory for too long, it will become soured, reducing its effectiveness. But if you keep it for longer, regardless of the fact it appears to be becoming less and less useful, it will transform once more into yoghurt, which is infinitely more effective than the milk you started with was.

It's a small thing, but one that's profoundly cool to discover for yourself - even if warmed out of date milk doesn't exactly become yoghurt in the real world.
