4. Hideo Kojima's New Game Gets A WTF Teaser Trailer
Late last year, Hideo Kojima announced that he was busy at work on a new game, though naturally didn't expound on whether this was a sequel to Death Stranding or an entirely new IP.
Either way, considering that the first cinematic trailer for Death Stranding premiered at E3 2016, barely nine months after the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, it's more likely than you might think that Kojima will have at least a predictably bonkers teaser trailer ready to drop.
It's been hinted in recent months that Kojima has been in talks with Microsoft to publish his next game, and with Kojima's long-time art director Yoji Shinkawa claiming their new project will be announced "quite soon," an E3 reveal actually doesn't seem that crazy.
Better still, imagine if it's a day-and-date Game Pass release. Madness.
