10 Bonkers Arkham Knight Identity Theories (That Surely Can't Be True)

6. Multiple People - The League Of Assassins

Despite being tied into the training of Batman on the silver screen, in Rocksteady's tale on the mythos these guys are nowhere to be seen (apart from Ra's of course) despite being loaded with potential as a fantastic group of enemies to fight. The thing is though, they're a group of supernaturally-tinged badass ninjas - why on earth couldn't they be the Knight? All disciplined through the same tenets and code, anyone less than exemplary being cast out - it makes for the rather tantalising idea that the Arkham Knight is actually an entire group of people, all donning the suit at different points in the game to ensure Batman takes a pasting whilst whoever he fought recovers. A pretty cool theory and one that's entirely possible, the only thing against it is such a reveal would literally come out of nowhere in the Arkham canon. Even through Arkham Origins we didn't get a whole lot about exactly how Batman got established or trained, let alone the specifics around his combat style and if the movie's telling of events would be mirrored in-game.
