The more you analyse Quinn and Joker's relationship, the more she comes across as some abused girlfriend, sticking around with 'her man' more for the status of being the most popular guy in town's girl, rather than anything more worthwhile. Joker's shtick has long since been to keep Harley at arm's length, and as Rocksteady have been playing up her combat skills across the games, there's a chance (a very, very small chance) that she managed to train hard enough to take on Batman one on one. It's definitely supremely unexpected, but that might be exactly why it turns out to be the case. The main thing flying in the face of this theory is the obvious fact of Arkham Knight's figure being incredibly masculine, and unless you factor in that he's more of an Iron Man-style A.I. 'suit' that can be piloted - or an exoskeletal structure that enhances natural abilities - this feels like too big a reach even for Rocksteady. Still, a focus on Quinn through DLC and even the hints of a child thanks to a brilliant Easter Egg alludes to the fact Rocksteady have plenty in store for Harley yet.
