3. Among Us Airship Map
The vast majority of mobile games are often despised by the gaming community, mostly due to their egregious amount of microtransactions, underwhelming gameplay and lack of overall quality. But if Among Us is proof of anything it is that mobile games can become incredibly successful, fun to play and popular without trying to nickel and dime players out of every penny they have.
Developers InnerSloth had already teased something new was going to be unveiled at the Game Awards and fans finally got their first look at the Airship Map. Not only does the map come with new tasks, new ways of navigating the map and new skins, but it also allows players to pick which room they want to start in after a meeting and also features new killing animations for the imposters.
As an extra treat, players will get to wear Geoff Keighly’s face in the game if they want. The new map is set to launch early 2021 and already has many players excited. A perfect night for InnerSloth at the Game Awards, who also won Best Mobile Game and Best Multiplayer Game.
