10 Console Exclusives That Desperately Need A PC Release
9. Final Fantasy X
Released for the PlayStation 2 in 2001, Final Fantasy X is one of the greatest RPGs ever made, on one of the best consoles ever made, even winning out in Famitsu's poll for the top one hundred games ever made. By today's standards, it's still an aesthetically pleasing game, despite its age. With such a robust levelling system, beautiful story and interesting characters, it's not hard to see why this game is so beloved. Still, there's a place where it could see even more love: PC. Though this game looks stunning when emulated on PCSX2, it's a title that deserves a proper release, with all of perks that come with it. Steam has seen its fair share of JRPGs, with titles such as Final Fantasy VII, Recettear: At Item Shop's Tale, Phantasy Star II, and a load of RPG Maker games being amongst its catalogue. With several other releases from this same franchise, it's only logical for Final Fantasy X to join them.
Ken was born in 1994, and before the turn of the century, he was already a gamer for life, starting with Pokémon Blue Version. He has a passion for storytelling, especially in the gaming medium. Growing up on a healthy diet of JRPGs and point and click adventure games, young Kenny grew up playing Nintendo and Sony consoles, before becoming a snobby member of the PC Master Race. Nowadays, he resides in a time warp, refusing to believe the nineties ended as he fills up his Steam library with old point and clicks and cRPGs.
