10 Console Exclusives That Desperately Need A PC Release
6. Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold
The title and image above alone should be enough of an indicator as to why this game deserves to be released on gaming's most lucrative platform. However, there are other reasons: Whilst any and all of the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona games deserve a spot on this list, the upcoming sequel to Arc System's Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena feels more deserving because although there are plenty of RPGs and JRPGs available to PC gamers, fighting games are still mostly console territory. With 2D anime fighters such as Skullgirls and Vanguard Princess stocking digital shelves alongside Ultra Street Fighter IV and Mortal Kombat, there's plenty of room for Arc System Work's latest title, especially considering the recent re-releases of Guilty Gear Isuka and BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger. The bottom line is that PC needs more fighting games, and Persona needs to go the way of Metal Gear by branching out onto other systems. Of all the Persona games, this one is the most feasible to carry over, and if it comes with the potential to allow for more Tensei games on the platform, more power to it.
Ken was born in 1994, and before the turn of the century, he was already a gamer for life, starting with Pokémon Blue Version. He has a passion for storytelling, especially in the gaming medium. Growing up on a healthy diet of JRPGs and point and click adventure games, young Kenny grew up playing Nintendo and Sony consoles, before becoming a snobby member of the PC Master Race. Nowadays, he resides in a time warp, refusing to believe the nineties ended as he fills up his Steam library with old point and clicks and cRPGs.
