10 Craftable Video Game Items BETTER Than Legendary Loot

There are plenty of powerful and broken items in the Fallout series, but most of them come in the form of unique, legendary weapons with special abilities.

Fallout 3 is the rare exception to this rule, as the most broken weapon at your disposal is a basic craftable pistol simply named "dart gun," designed with the sole purpose of breaking the bones of every creature you find in the game.

Although the dart gun's damage isn't great, it's an amazing support weapon due to its ability to easily and quickly cripple the limbs and other body parts of your enemies.

Just a few well-placed shots from the dart gun can completely disable even the largest of Deathclaws, rendering them useless in a fight and weakening them to the point where you'll be able to finish them off with a badic handgun without breaking a sweat.

No other item in the game comes remotely close to the dart gun's destructive capabilities (unless you count the nukes), which is surprising considering it's one of the easier weapons to craft in Fallout 3.

It's the only craftable weapon that breaks the mold, probably because it also breaks quite a few limbs while it's at it.
