When playing as the Dark Urge origin character in Baldur's Gate 3, you'll eventually find out that you've got a little bit of God in you as a Bhaal spawn - the offspring of the God of murder. For many players, this offers a thrilling opportunity to defy your nature and role-play a strong story of redemption. But, for others, it's a chance to bring chaos and misery to the world.

Yes, this is one for the evil playthrough types.

The "Sins of the Father" ending is a choice you can make at the climax of the game, if you've accepted the Slayer Form from your divine pops. After defeating the Netherbrain, you can choose to backstab your comrades and everything you've fought for by dominating it in your father's name. This results in you using the brain and all of the infected to overtake the Sword Coast, murdering civilians and bringing total death and destruction to the land. Yikes.

The sickos among you who chose this ending clearly want to see the world burn. But, in fairness, your character is the progeny of the God of Murder, so at least you're making accurate role-playing choices.
