10 Darkest Vaults In Fallout History

7. Vault 95

Some vaults are dark because they literally have light bulbs set to super low wattage, yeah I didn’t include that one. Some are testing potentially useful social theories and some are cruel for the sake of cruel. This one is the latter.

While Vault 106 offered its residents 10 good days before going psychopathic, the recovering drug addicts in Vault 95 got five years. For five whole years the facility was a rehabilitation centre and it worked as such, then in one of the more insidious moves for a Vault, a hidden stash of drugs and alcohol was made available to the residents. As you can imagine, this went badly for those in recovery, with the inhabitants falling back into the trappings of addiction and violence. When you arrive at the vault in Fallout 4, it’s being used as a hideout for the Gunners. All that’s left of the original dwellers is bodies and old computer logs detailing their breakdown as a result of Vault-Tec’s cruel meddling.
