Facing the Regenerator is incredibly stressful. Having to manoeuvre around other enemies whilst fighting a lumbering and supposedly un-killable enemy is the definition of stressful. The Regenerator is a moving tank of an enemy that shifts around the battlefield with the express goal of making your life miserable.
It gets to the point where having to contend with one of them isn't so much of an annoyance, as it is a dreaded experience. Having a Regenerator join the fight is enough to turn the tide of battle and its constant harassment is a nightmare.
Not to mention he's a pretty terrifying and formidable foe to come up against. Especially for the first time. The panic of encountering the Regenerator and having next to no options in terms of contending puts a fair bit of strain on the ol' heart.
