Activision's The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was not the most widely acclaimed game of all time when it was first released to the public in 2014. The game had some decent dialogue, a couple of interesting mechanics and has the odd moment when it looks pretty decent but, on the whole, some pretty lazy errors really hold this game back from going to the next level.

The most glaring of this laziness is sadly with the game's design of Peter Parker which, shock horror, actually makes up quite a large part of this game based around Spider-Man.

Obviously based around Andrew Garfield, the character model honestly just looks awful. The camera never fails to catch this version of Peter Parker in the most awkward of looks, with his eyes constantly shrinking into his head and his nose and mouth both sticking out an abnormal amount.

Even in his Spidey suit, there's no rest for the awful character models. This game's version of the Wall-crawler has an unholy amount of muscle that doesn't sit right anywhere on his frame, and the overall design of his suit just looks incredibly uncared for.
