4. The Murder Of Crows - Hitman: Blood Money
Mardi Gras in New Orleans is always a big deal, bringing together hundreds of people to get drunk and wander the streets in merriment.
So, a local politician decides to persuade tipsy partygoers to vote for him (he clearly hasn't thought that plan out) by parading around on a float. Unfortunately, a rival agency decides this is a perfect opportunity to kill him. Countering an assassination within limited time is tough, but it makes it all the more satisfying to play, especially when the trigger man is randomly generated in one of many possible nearby bars and clubs.
With three targets dressed up as crows skulking around the area, deciding who to pick off in what order can affect when the hit will take place. First off, the delivery man (who is dressed in a large red crow suit and looks like the love child of Big Bird and Elmo) makes his way to the mastermind's hideout to deliver the diamond briefcase as payment.
While the scout makes her rounds, the sniper takes his position and fires when the politician rolls on by his position. The last two are a couple, and if they discover either have died, they'll go berserk and murder the poor fella, resulting in an instant mission failure.
The Murder of Crows makes for a tense experience each time you play it, knowing that a simple mistake could result in oodles of witnesses spotting everything, and could even force the killers to jump ahead of schedule. The crow outfit is undoubtedly one of the silliest but most beloved outfits in the entire Hitman series, so that's a definite plus point.
