Inside is a fantastic follow-up to the hit game Limbo from Playdead. It is a title with an incredible atmosphere and a remarkable ability to play with size. The pacing and gameplay make the title tense and enjoyable, but the surprising ending is easily one of the most memorable moments.

The game centres on an unnamed boy, and as this character, you journey through a strange and dystopic world that has threats around every corner. There is mind-control, underwater psirens, and a violent governmental force chasing you down throughout this strange place. However, the story is left somewhat ambiguous, making the game all the more impressive.

It culminates as the boy discovers a large creature known as The Huddle, which is made up of human limbs. You end up pulled into this Huddle and collectively break out of its entrapment, bursting through a wall and making your way down to the coastline.

The ending is interpretable in many ways, with theories all over about what truly happened, but it makes for a spectacular climax no matter how you read it.
