4. Backpacks - Spider-Man PS4
Insomniac somehow found a way to give fans of the wall-crawling, pun-spitting, bad-guy-kicking, Spider-Man a near-perfect video game experience in 2018's stellar release of Spider-Man for the PS4.
One of the collectables that pop up when playing is Peter Parker's hidden backpacks spread across the city. These were left behind over the course of Peter's career as Spider-Man and as such is filled with objects from Peter's Highschool days, to missed out dates with MJ, to all sorts of pieces of bad guy's suits Spidey has fought across his career.
There are only 54 backpacks spread throughout New York, and each has a tracking beacon attached so they aren't too hard to find if you actively search the city for them. The reward for finding every backpack is a homemade suit, most likely Peter's first, and a deeper appreciation for this Spider-Man's character design.
Insomniac even made up a canonical season as to why Peter has so many backpacks, which they didn't have to do, but that attention to detail is just one of many reasons fans are right to be excited for the next game in this series.
