The Call of Duty Franchise has been easily one of the rockiest in video game history. But it has some damn decent collectables with the ones in Cold War being actually important to the plot and are required in order to properly complete the side quests. Yes, Call of Duty had side missions in some of its most recent releases.

These collectables are known as pieces of evidence and while there are only six pieces of evidence in the game, they can be hard to find if you simply rush through every level blasting towns to pieces, shooting millions of rounds into every piece of furniture, and throwing every informant off the room before questioning them.

Some of the evidence pieces actually require the player to take pictures of important documents, which isn't exactly the kind of shooting players have in mind when booting up a Call of Duty game, but can be quite interesting and helps to fully flesh out the experience of fighting in the Cold War.
