10 More Horror Icons We Want To See In Call Of Duty
4. Pennywise (It)
One of the scariest things I ever saw as a kid was Tim Curry's performance as the murderous entity disguising himself as a clown called Pennywise in the TV movie adaptation of Stephen King's classic novel It. The great thing about Pennywise is that he's all about visual illusions and trickery, so whoever took control of him would be able to screw with the other players massively, popping balloons in their face, teleporting around and so on. It might be difficult to balance his powers against the gun-totting soldiers Pennywise would be facing against, unless perhaps they were only able to use slingshots, as was the most effective weapon in the movie. Of course, even when the Clown form is defeated, we need to see it for what it is, as the grotesque giant spider that the protagonists are confronted with at the end of the story. This one would fit in quite nicely with the game's pre-existing Extinction mode, as players could simply fire at will at the giant spider, which would need to have masses of health and be able to move at great speed. In this instance, they could also make it look a lot more convincing than the terrible effects job in the movie.
