10 More Horror Icons We Want To See In Call Of Duty

5. Samara (The Ring)

Back to the world of the supernatural now for Samara from The Ring (or Sadako in the Japanese original). Whichever version you subscribe to as being superior, the primary characteristics are the same, that she is clad in an iconic white dress, covers her terrifying face in black hair, and attacks those who have watched her Ring tape by coming out of the nearest reflective surface a week later and making them die of fright. It might be a tad complex in terms of the particulars, but let's say each map starts off with players about to reach the 1-week period after which Samara will reveal herself. From there, players have a few seconds before Samara appears out of a reflective surface, and better yet, whichever player ends up playing as Samara can free-roam as her "spirit", selecting a reflective surface that's near an enemy to emerge out of. Once they've appeared from said surface, they then have to stalk players, grab a hold of them and look them in the eye, which will kill them or maybe turn them into other variations of Samara, such as Sadako, who will stalk the remaining players. It requires tooling with the rules of the movies a little bit, but it could definitely work.
