10 Iconic Nintendo Games You Must Replay
3. The Legend Of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX
It's another Zelda title, but can you really say you don't want to replay this game at the sheer mention of its name?
One of Link's standalone adventures on the Game Boy saw Hyrule's saviour shipwrecked on Koholint Island: an imaginary land full of Nintendo themed Easter Eggs and cameos for you to hunt out.
Here, I'm referring to the GameBoy Color remake that brought the original 1993 title to life with colour, and an additional Tunic-themed quest to boost interest. The original actually came out five years before Ocarina of Time and paved the way for some of the premier title's best features - including fishing and Link's instrument being an Ocarina.
The dungeons are immensely well thought out and you can't help but marvel at the brilliance of the final boss: Nightmare. Taking on the forms of several of Link's greatest adversaries to date, Nightmare made Link use all the weapons he had collected throughout his adventure to put him down - far better than just collecting the Master Sword and hacking your way to success.
Replay Highlight: Collecting all those Sea Shells for seemingly no reason, and then being handed the Level 2 sword that looks spookily like the Master Sword. Get collecting!
