3. Permanent Game Corruption (Donkey Kong Country 2)
A glitch which can entirely corrupt your copy of Donkey Kong Country 2, the Castle Crush glitch is something to avoid at all costs. To perform the glitch, the player must enter Castle Crush as Diddy Kong and grab the first DK barrel they encounter. Holding the barrel against a nearby wall, the player must drop the barrel and pick it up again in quick succession, thus breaking the barrel and replacing it with an invisible barrel. Throwing the barrel will cause Rambi Barrel to appear, randomly transforming Diddy into either Kleever or a rainbow coloured Klubba. Though that may sound like fun, the consequences of the Castle Crush glitch can be pretty devastating to say the least. Its possible to perform the glitch without dealing with any of the ramifications, but its unlikely; most of the time, the glitch will erase save data, or corrupt the game to such an extent that itll be completely unplayable. Avoid this glitch at all costs.
