5. Feral Chaos (Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy)

One of the more creative fighting games around, Dissidia 012 was a massive brawler consisting of various Final Fantasy characters fighting in the ultimate "What If?" scenario. The bosses in this game tended to be the villain from the hero's original FF game (for example, Sephiroth would be Cloud's final boss), but at the end there was also the game's main antagonist: Chaos, God of Discord. After all of the hero's have their individual stories completed, the player is tasked with making the final journey to Chaos' lair, where after a series of three back-to-back battles the villain meets his demise by way of his realm exploding. Finished, right? Not quite. After beating the game, the player can choose to do one more storyline that spans the entire world. During the trek, the player encounters a fake version of Feral Chaos, which is just an upgraded version of the original baddy. The fake Feral Chaos boasts health and defense that is so strong that an attack that might take out 9999 health barely makes a dent. Add that he is the game's largest character, and boasts the fastest speed in the game, as well as highest base attack, and a player's level 100 character will be downed in a couple of minutes. And this is the just the fake Feral Chaos. The real version of the boss is stronger and even more resilient, meaning the player will definitely need the best equipment and abilities on for the fight. Difficulty Rating: 9 - This beast is difficult, as he rightly deserves to be as a trademark Final Fantasy superboss. Getting the right equipment to face him takes a large amount of time, skill and patience, and the actual fights suck as well. Your resolve is definitely tested.
