8. Command And Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars €“ Welcome to 2047

This third entry in the Tiberium series of the well known Command and Conquer franchise contains an achievement so bizarrely specific, it feels like it was thrown in just to mess with you. Worth 20 gamer points, the achievement "Welcome to 2047" can be unlocked simply by hitting the A button 2047 times.

You might think that this is accumulative and thus can be achieved over time as you play the game. Unfortunately it's not that easy. In actuality you have to hit the A button 2047 times in one session. There is no way you will unintentionally earn this achievement, which means that you have to intentionally sit there and hit the A button repeatedly until you get it.

Can you imagine a more tedious task?
