10 Most Laughable Versions Of Famous Actors In Video Games
7. Gary Coleman - Postal II
The Postal games are a gleeful celebration of mayhem in all its perverse forms, and the second Postal game was famous for its subplot involving pint-sized Diff'rent Strokes star Gary Coleman. The actor plays an obnoxious version of himself, visiting town to sign copies of his book, before being threatened by the police and raising Hell with a machine gun and a box of grenades. Sure, the game's tone is thoroughly tongue-in-cheek, but the likeness of Coleman is absolutely ridiculous. The game has aged pretty well considering it's over a decade old, though that demented half-grin expression of Gary's in the game is at the same time a terrible feat of animation and a riotously funny one. Then there's the dead eyes that are so problematic in video games and CGI humans generally: this creation may half-way resemble the star, though it's missing the crucial human element to make it totally believable. That said, the fact that you can fight Gary to the death (perhaps in bad taste retrospectively), and that there's a cheat to transform all citizens into Gary Colemans (activated by typing "Whatchutalkinbout") kinda makes up for this.
