8. Crackdown 3

After the unequivocal flop of their last game APB (see, you've not even heard of it), the studio behind Crackdown unfortunately closed their doors, leaving the path clear for Ruffian Games to swoop in and develop the sequel, which was a mixed-bag essentially. Though it added co-op, the story was paper-thin, and it felt like a wasted opportunity, even if it didn't leave me totally apathetic about another sequel, perhaps with yet another developer on board. Ruffian recently announced a new game they're working on called Tribal Towers, though the fact that they did bring some of the original Crackdown's developers onto their team gives me hope that they're secretly cooking up a sequel that they plan to blow us all away with. After all, a third Crackdown done right could potentially be a killer app for the 720. Admittedly this is one of the less likely prospects on this list, but hey, this is about what we
want, not what's realistic...
