When compared to some of the other enemies on this list, a simple bird might not seem like such a big deal. However, if you've played ARK: Survival Evolved and encountered one of these beasts, you won't be scoffing so heartily, especially when it devours all your food and chucks all your items in the sea.

Yeah, they're utter bastards.

Swooping down from above, these feathered fiends will nick your stash and pepper the ground around you, forcing you to pick everything back up unless it's food in which case they will just eat it outright. It's an immense pain especially when survival is the name of the game (quite literally).

It also doesn't help that they are likely going to be the first hostile creatures you see as they often hang around the beaches. If the world wasn't already brutal enough, these guys act like the school bully who steals your lunch money and throws your pencil case in the toilet. A right pain in the ARK.
