That it's also got an attachment that isn't just a bayonet, but a bayonet chainsaw, then, is really just the bloody icing on this wonderfully brutal cake. This is easily the most domineering chainsaw in the history of video games, allowing you to tear through enemy after enemy with a commanding level of brutality, lifting them aloft, drilling through them and then tossing them aside like the detritus that they are. Granted, we'd probably never have got to this point without the classic Doom chainsaw - which isn't featured on this list - but Epic Games made the weapon all their own by fixing it onto a gun and allowing us to attack enemies in the most uncomfortable of places with it.
