In case you didn't gather from the achievement's rather vague description, it requires you to angle the camera up protagonist 2B's dress in Nier: Automata, after which she will suddenly turn around to deny your perversion and the camera angle will also shift.

Do this 10 times in order for the achievement to pop, and while the Nier games have plenty of fun mocking the very nature of game design itself, there's no denying that this 'cheev rewards players for being thorough, persistent creeps.

In an act of mercy, however, players who would prefer to preserve both 2B's modesty and their own dignity can actually purchase the achievement (and all the others) in the game's hidden achievement shop.
