10 Most Creepy Glitches In Video Games

3. Sherlock Holmes - Weeping Watson

This one is a bit of a classic but that still doesn't stop it being utterly terrifying. The game is Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments and what follows is a creepy mixture of the Slenderman and Weeping Angel's traits, all dressed up in the skin of an ageing Victorian man. Look, I understand that if you are small licensed Sherlock Holmes game, you may well have to cut some corners. I am just not sure if the corners you should cut include taking the walking animation away from the NPC character that is always with you. As you can see, the results may well send your players constantly checking their own backs rather than playing the game. As a rule of thumb, we human beings don't overly enjoy being followed with out permission. We especially don't like feeling like we are being chased by an incredibly fast but also motionless man. If anyone is actually sane enough to try and take on this game, I have but one piece of advice. Don€™t blink. Blink and you€™re dead. Don€™t turn your back. Don€™t look away. And don€™t blink. Good Luck.
