If you had been a courier in the land of Fallout: New Vegas and unsuspectingly got shot in the head by Matthew Perry, you might be a little confused. However, if you woke up afterwards and saw this, you may have wished this kind doctor had kept you in the ground. Context is everything. If this had happened anywhere, it would have been messed up, although it is particularly scary after a serious medical procedure. Top tip for anyone who has just undergone amateur brain surgery. If your doctor debriefs you and explains how it went by saying, "I hope you don't mind, but I had to go rootin' around in your noggin to get all the lead out" while his head continually spins upside down, it is probably a good time to speak up and say you think something might have gone wrong. However, if he tries to stand up, thrusts his still turning head into your crotch and then precedes to float around the room in the still seated position, it is probably best to make sure he isn't the devil for your own safety.
