Good luck EVER going outside.

Games come and go. Over the years there's been some absolute stormers that ticked all the right boxes to being incredible, but held little to no replay value. Whereas some titles are timeless and will always stand tall for replayability no matter how long has passed (slaps-only on GoldenEye ring any bells?), we all have our favourites.

2018 has seen some prime examples too, ranging from massive explorations of both the Old West and New York, with plenty to see and do. Some have taken old concepts and injected new life into testing your reflexes and skill, whilst others retained their classic flair. The rest may be solely individual adventures, or ones that produce much more rewarding experiences with friends.

Whether it be a single player campaign that you want to relive, or perhaps play through and make different choices, a multiplayer game that has an appealing factor of striving to be the best, or encouraging friends to take it up for co-op competition, gaming in 2018 ran one hell of a gamut across its entirety.

10. Red Dead Redemption 2

Let's start with one of this year's biggest releases.

It was going to be obvious, as not only is it one of the most replayable games on this list: some people are still exploring on their first playthrough as we speak.

Rockstar have outdone themselves with the detail and minutiae in its vast, open world single player campaign. It's the epitome of a water cooler game: no two stories are ever the same, as random encounters and world events never occur the same way between two people.

Then there's Red Dead Online. Still in its early days, but if the experience is anything like the first RDR, as well as the world of GTA Online, it will thrive. Jumping online with your posse, tackling missions or the variety of gameplay modes, there's more than enough to keep you occupied.

With constant update and support from Rockstar, and the fanbase to support it, this will surely be a game to stick with for a long time to come.
