During the WWE ‘13 Attitude Era mode, you had to play through the Deadly Game from Survivor Series 1998, a tournament for the WWF championship, which was won by The Rock. When showing the competition’s card, two names were blurred out - Al Snow and Jeff Jarrett -thanks to both men working for the competition at TNA.

However, two years earlier, Rob Van Dam was not only mentioned, but fully included in Smackdown vs Raw 2011. He was unlocked in Rey Mysterios’s RTWM, even though he had been wrestling in other promotions since 2007. Presumably the developers were just big RVD fans, considering it must have cost a hefty price to purchase a licence from TNA.

Bearing in mind WWE’s track record of trying to un-person other promotion’s workers, Rob Van Dam was a very surprising, but very welcomed, addition to the game’s roster.

Fred hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here. Maybe. It might be over there. We're not really sure.
