10 Most Stylish Video Games Of The Last 10 Years

1. Hades

Hades Hermes
Supergiant

We're always warned off of doing "bad things" lest we end up in the pits of Hell. It's never sold as a joyous place to be, especially if DOOM is anything to go by.

But thanks to Supergiant, of Bastion and Pyre fame, it looks an absolutely wonderful place to visit on your holidays. Certainly better than Blackpool, that's for sure.

Roguelites come and go (in popularity, I mean, not random level design) but Hades makes you want to play it over and over to see every nook and cranny of its cartoon stylings. If you thought Bastion was beautiful, then you are in for a treat here.

Everything just looks so... smooth, and vibrant, as exploration holds about as much fun as the combat does. And those character models?

We're always led to believe that Greek gods are smug arseholes that largely deserved their fates. But when they look and sound this good, it's hard not to root for them, whichever side they're on.

The game encourages multiple runs through to explore the full narrative. Honestly, when it looks this good, you'd be a fool not to.
