Florence tells the most realistic tale of a relationship there is in video games. That means it explores the ups, the downs, the joy, and the melancholy. It's incredible moving but it was a mobile game, meaning it flew completely under most peoples radars.
Florence is a touching story that can be seen from start to finish in around 40 minutes. During that time period you'll have several "wow" moments, a few laughs, some tears, and ultimately walk away feeling like you've grew a little. There isn't much in the way of gameplay but every mechanic that is there serves to enhance the story and your immersion. It makes the mundane interesting and revisits mechanics in ways that reflect the unfolding narrative.
