10 Outrageously Hard Video Game Boss Battles

5. Isaac Frost €“ Fight Night Champion

Isaac Frost Isaac Frost is the most murderous thing to ever pop on boxing gloves and enter the squared circle. Built like the ogre child of two murderous rocks, Frost is as fast as Ali and as powerful as Tyson. He haunts your dreams, and wants to make sweet, sweet love to you with his fists. Frost waits for you at the end of Fight Night€™s Champion Mode, which is itself a triumph, adding a narrative to the series which was sadly lacking before. While single scraps were always enjoyable, it was nice to have a story behind the violence. And Andre Bishop€™s quest to the heavyweight title was a good one, ending with an epic tussle against this tattooed monster. You already know it€™s a mammoth task because you€™ve stepped into Frost€™s shoes to slap the mediocrity out of Andre€™s little brother the level before. This really establishes the fear, that if you drop your guard he€™ll happily wear your oesophagus as a necklace. Make no mistake, it€™s fear that drives this fight on. Taken in stages where you simply try and avoid punishment before wearing the titan down, it feels like your favourite Rocky fantasy. If you actually manage to ride the storm and find yourself in a position to knock him out, you€™re playing Gonna Fly Now in your head. If you€™re not, I€™m afraid you€™re not human, It€™s hard even getting Frost into this position, so you€™d best celebrate it when you do.
